About Bamboo Bathlights: Finally! Something good came from a Hurricane! In 2004 Hurricane Charlie hit Florida with force and broke some of our Giant Bamboo bending them over in the patch. Keeping the patch healthy, we removed the broken bamboo from the patch after the storm was over.  Laneve doesn't like to waste anything, so she developed the idea of creating Bamboo Bathlights from SANDesign The first candles were made from the broken bamboo from this storm.
